the oven is back

It pains me to say it, but I haven't baked a thing since they took our oven out in April. I kept promising to wade into the 'fridge tart' league but there's so little motivation without a kitchen. Here I am now, and the oven is back in. I've started unpacking the boxes, and soon I will discover my scale. I have ordered three lovely cookery books published by Apple. It's all cakes, muffins, cookies, and the like. Lots of inspiration. Watch this space !
