chocolate fudge cake

I made Mary Berry's Chocolate Fudge Cake for Zack's 3rd birthday cake. Friends did the decorating but everyone raved about the icing... and it's so easy. Just melt butter and cocoa together, add icing sugar and a dash of milk to smooth. Scrumptious!
